that they can increase the stats even more if they seem bad, that
happened with the Leopard 1 and nowadays is one of the most
competitive so there is still hope to see decent buffs for the
German heavies. Also, I must say that at least the E-75 buffs seem
quite decent and that is in my opinion the highlight of the whole
E-100 tech tree branch.
