Did the Hetzer get ninja nerfed in 1.9? Bug?

Einzelganger7: Ironically, I've been experiencing the opposite with my VK 30.02 M and Panther, they feel a lot more nimble and faster to reach top speed. Maybe they touched the soft, medium and hard terrains on the maps instead of the tanks' ground resistances?
