Where are the E100 buffs and the rest of the promised changes?

EIGHTEEN. Nobody asked to make the slowest british medium SLOWER.
Or the pz1c? Why nerf the rate of fire when everyone's health is

didn't test any of this [edited], yet some much needed buffs to the
most powercreeped tanks need "additional testing"?Einzelganger7: They were tested, but since most people were focused complaining on
the VK30.01P changing class during the 1.9 common test iterations,
it is clear people never noticed these changes for tanks like the
Matilda or that tier 5 french TD who got its 105mm cannon removed.
So I bet wargaming was like "nobody complains so let's proceed with
the nerfs" because they applied those nerfs to be tested since the
first common test iteration.
