russian POV, thats all they got in history and they will always
make it look like, like they are the savoirs of the world.
But they always denie all the Warcriems they did or let happen, not
to forget that stalin was responsive for more deaths then hitler
(granted he had more time to do so thought). And no Winners
dont always write the History like you can see on Vietnam the U.S.
didnt win there still they make the books look like they did.Einzelganger7: Yeah, I completely forgot such a thing, still I find it weird they
already released something related to that, but if I remember well,
the console devs of world of tanks are not the same, they
are semi-independent and do things on their own so
that might explain. (the clearest thing is that they still
have the Wt E-100 on console).
Yes, I am aware of it, in fact that started even before WWII by letting most of their people to die by starvation, a really misserable way to die but nope, they never show this.
Indeed, that war was such a waste of lives (all are, but this one looked a lot more clearly), I do respect the ones who fought it on both sides but they just fought blindly.

the "baddies", they were the aggressors, they invaded other
countries and killed their defenders, took some of their citizens
back to concentration camps to work as slave labor and killed
millions of them in gas chambers. You don't need the perspective of
so called neutral German soldiers to know it was immoral and wrong.
Yes, there were atrocities on both sides, but you can't equivocate
them, especially if you look at the scale. Civilians usually suffer
the greatest in any war, they get pillaged by both sides and
typically lose everything. Your comment that time erases the
responsibility and horror of war is the most troubling thing I've
read in the forums in a while. What will cause hesitation in
the next tense international situation if we as a species continue
to take no lessons from the horrors of past conflicts? Are you
promoting war? Because the next major war might see us all wiped
out. And that Cuban scenario you would like to see would have ended
in nuclear strikes. Perhaps you should read up on what the
survivors of the only nuclear attack have to say about it? Or
better yet, do what I did and go visit Hiroshima and Nagasaki.Einzelganger7: Well, what I'd like to see is a diferent perspective on a VIDEO
GAME, not a recreation of everything that happened on WWII but on
real life, I know that people still rejects everything that has to
do with the Germany of WWII era but playing a video game with a
different perspective from the side of the so called "bad ones"
will turn me into a Standartenführer of the Schutztaffel in
the blink of an eye? Nope, just like I will not be turned into a
mass murdered for watching a violent and gory movie. If people get
influenced by the things they watch or play, then the real issue is
not such media, but the people who consume it.
As for the Cuban scenario, I didn't said I wanted wargaming to create one, they already did on console so I was just explaining the plot they made. Here you can see the trailer in fact. But anyway, I have better things to do than having an argue on the internet, have a good day.
