If you could rebuild wot, what you do?

Einzelganger7: 2000x2000 meter maps or even bigger ones with teams of 20 tanks each while also improving the spot range at around 800 meters and view range to 1.2 kilometers. 
Reducing the 25% RNG to maybe around 10%.
Making crew able to be seen on open vehicles.
Giving all tanks only their historical components but with their real stats.
