Working theory. Was HE killed for more WG profit?

Draschel: The ideology, mechanical-physics behind spaced armor used so early on, especially the early kind devised to defeat chemical charge attack proliferating WW2, is an obstacle  (even flimsy ones)  to predetonate the HEAT warhead of an incoming projectile, not on the tank hull, preferably away from it to disperse the produced narrowed HEAT jet. This could be just about anything, such as the slat/cage armors on Striker vehicles today. The flimsy link panel armor on PziV or jag Pz IV even helped. Sandbags and railroad pegs even provided protection None of these have equivalent protection as RMA
