Draschel: Alot do. While I do agree its loathsome, it does result in more wins.I don't care about, per se, an useless tier 6 elo or leaderboard.      .......but I do care about 50k with the W and 2x experience (or 3x 4x 5x) Simply put communication and direction, are the best commodities available in ensuring wins.
