While STB1 certainly has more turret armor, Action X spreads it around the vehicle allowing the armor more use when NOT hull down, as well as being able to resist HE splash damage from artillery better. For example, hulls of STB1 and AMX30 and Leopard, are very vulnerable to even EBR 75 shooting base APCR. or IS3 / defender over match through the side even finer than 70 degrees. The hull of Action X, won't be - It has very good gun depression and VR, decent enough gun handling, decent enough alpha damage, decent enough camo, decent enough mobility. While not an STB1 ridge warrior, in tier 8-10 battles as a top tier, it certainly is dangerous.   Again, it depends the context in what you want it appearing in. CW? Not a chance. But random battle, its fine.
