Skill was right

Draschel: Think of the 110E4. Both have cupolas. Both struggle with gun depression. Both have similar DPM. Both have turrets. Where the differences start, is that 268 uses HEAT, has camo, and speed.  110E4 has more armor, uses APCR. 110E4 is quite well balanced. Neither good nor bad. 268 V 5 is pretty much situated the same. Though, I do believe 268 V 5 deserves VR buff to at least 370;  to match 268 V 4 and 268.
