Please get rid of role experience.

Draschel: No, I am not saying make damage everything. No way do I mean to say that.But make combined damage, blocked damage, survival mean it? Everything So I play for 3k damage, and add another 500~ assisted, hopefully block 1k, and your 4th-6th?.....6,300 combined, 1150 blocked and I was third. Really? not going to lie, Yes - ranked is toxic, selfish. But this 'role' system surely makes it dumber than it need be.
