Free XP = The New Currency

Draschel: I enjoy this addition of spending free exp in this new way. Free EXP have always been spendable currency. You use it, spend it, to unlock modules you do not want to work for. You ''pay for it'' How is this not spending? In addition, free exp can be further spent, for boosting crew qualification numbers towards their skill totals. By adding a new way to spend free exp? Great idea I think, as many people are sitting on million worth of the stuff. Honestly, WG should have thought of it before. With tournaments generally landing people who place  easy free exp,  like 2-10k generally - and with free exp boosters available....free exp is a worthy thing to grind. Using it to buy more, makes it all the more worthy
