Draschel: i would also like to point out, hull down tanks are liable to being bombed by arta. And since Arta aren't governed by new 1.13 HE rules, they are most certainly still a threat especially over time. While side scraping, wait-all-day heavy tanks on street corners generally aren't vulnerable to it. Popular hull down tanks like Strv 103, STB1, M48 Patton aren't even invulnerable to enemy fire like either. And tanks like WZ1111111111111111 5A, 277, IS7, T62A, 140  -CAN- use windows or wrecks for hulldown, as well. Hull down isn't limited to gun depression ridges, its an -KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN- positioning part of gameplay. Put yourself in advantage, put your enemy at disadvantage. And that is why HE was horridly reduced, because it takes away from this respect. It removes the advantage people work for and drive too, to lazily benefit someone unwilling to use it themselves.  I shouldn't even have to say a single word here. OP game fully illustrates this.
