Kranvagn underpowered

Draschel:  He may seem like he is trying to sound silly - but the root is Kran actually isn't too good of a tank.  Great mobility, turret armor, gun depression, DPM can take you places - but you get massively let down by awful HEAT pen, crowded crew, poor dispersion stats, bad elevation, mediocre hull.Kran has been given the spot-light to do well in Ranked Battles, simply because of removing Chieftain and 279E. Chieftain, which does its job better, and 279E which is the main tank Kran has difficulty penetrating.  Without Ranked Battles, Kran would be a pub tank at best. Try using this thing in CW and it gets stomped
