Can we please, buff the M48 RPz?

Draschel: The bulldozer blade is 30mm thick.  Any HE striking it, hits 30 x3 multiplier wall, with great coverage. A tonne of HE shells, will literally hit it and deal 0 damage. Literally Jag Pz E100 can shoot HE into it and not penetrate. The tank is protected against HE more than it ever was. Also, because HE needs to actually strike the vehicle hull and turret to deal damage currently, and not modules like gun barrels, tracks, spaced armor and splash the vehicle afterwards - HE spammers will be robbed of damage they would otherwise cause pre1.12 because shots would hit the bulldozer blade and go through it, but miss the vehicle behind.  M48 Rhz has potential to be decent. The same way Suka Pershing has been made decent with buffs. By simply giving it engine horsepower like Patriot, or the tech tree M26 Pershing (engines are named the same) Rhz becomes significantly quicker. Simply cropping its grotesque cupola smaller, as how M48A Patton and T1LPC have got, makes the cupola less of a problem.
