French tier 4 B1 heavy - what am I missing?

Draschel: Your crew is strong, in the experience it has. I mean, not very strong as in 8 skills, but strong so that enemies you see won't have what you have 75% the timeHowever, you have some real weird a-- selected crew skills and trained order, and you aren't running a functional 6th sense.... I'd drop optics for gun layer. This thing can't really get higher than 410m with rations, optics, vents, BIA, situational awareness. Dropping optics leaves you with 373, which is enough so long you position yourself where view range isn't dooming you and your tank. Chances are if an enemy is confounding you while you run only 373m VR - these situations very likely even if you had 410m it wouldn't solve the problem and spot the enemy.  Gun layer, effectively is the rammer on this tank for DPM. Because the gun fires and cycles so quickly, the only way to accurately aim-in is with gun layer.
