Sure. It's probably unfortunate if you've got that type of player on your team. But on the balance of things, if you see a 3 mark doing something incomprehensible, the reason why it's incomprehensible to you is probably close to the same reason that person has 3 marks and you don't.   And let's be real here - most people don't factor barrel marks into their in-battle decision making process. You look at position, hp, and recent behaviour. Most players don't even do that.
