Draschel: Other than autoloaders, progetto and bourrattLIS is the strongest tier 8 medium tank.  It has no flaws. It is extremely powerful in good hands, and still capable in bad hands. It has good soft stats, good listed stats, good DPM, good alpha, good mobility, good turret, even the hull is acceptable for mediums. While I personally like the 274A more, overnight LIS changed the non auto loader world in tier 8s, easily moving aside tanks like T44100, T54Mod1, 274A, T1LPC, RAAC into a different power bracket than what it is. It is much better than the newer AMX30 and RH07.
