You can see it in contacts,  (not on FL) but has the BL tag beside.His Clan, are instead recommended as being Friends Clans, with WOT website????And for purchasing gifts, he is listed as an option for friend to gift????? What the heck???? He is on my BL.I just repeated the process 3 more times. Took him off BL, put him back on BL. He still appears in Friends Clans list, Friends for GiftingHE IS ON MY BLACKLIST
