Draschel:  That is where you are wrong. You do not think, "take the game seriously"You (only thing important) need to think, take your PLAY IN THE GAME, as seriously as can be.This game is not life. It isn't work at the office. Its a very selfish 15 minutes of take take take take until you can't anymore So what we have here, is a tiers 8-9-10. People should be deep in thought, real serious in achieving 2k if tier 8, 3k if tier 9, and 4k if lucky and 10.  Dismissed. Nothing else matters. Nothing else serious. Turn off your 3rd party statistic display mods and play better because of it. Only you matter in the game, what you do.
