HE was a way to do minimal damage (but at least do something) in

Try shooting 76mm HE rounds at Mauschen or Type 4 or T95. And you'd
get 0,0,0,0,0,0Now you can at least manage 5 pts. Which is 5 that
you really need for cap reset. Not 0.
