HE nerf being reversed?

Draschel: But he mentioned hulldown. IS7, 260, Badger, VK7201 don't
necessarily need to be hulldown, just *LFP* down, their hulls
resist 350 HEAT. Out of touch player? You mean exceptionally
better player? That plays to an outrageously higher consistency,
performance, bracket than the people screaming and yelling HE
nerfed? Really? That is what you have to say?The tanks that hold
choke points are IS7, 260, 705A, STB1, chieftain, 279E, kran
and situationally 110E3 Strv and VK7201. The
situational ones are for extremely small maps like ensk and
himmelsdorf and ruinbrg, or bush camper corridors for Strv. The
first, easier popular ones in the list hold choke in hull down
areas or corners, and very importantly offer flexibility of
mobility being able to move across the map. Holding choke points
isn't what makes tanks powerful, its well balanced aspects they
have. Such as good combinations of HP, armor, camo, gun dep and
firepower, mobility Where are your stats on saying HE was most
often used"_____" All I am seeing is conjecture concerning
your opinions and experience. Tanks like PZIV, M4, Jumbo, KV2
and ®, OI, Oho, Type 4/5, SU152, both FVs, conway are
just some examples you could have found using exclusively
HE. (or HESH, which is HE) It would not have be
uncommon to find E100, 60TP, 110E4, Fochs 155 doing it either. This
practice wasn't uncommon. It still isn't uncommon, I still see alot
of KV2 and OI still derping around with the 900 dmg HE, or spamming
FVs. Extremely random, and able to work in situations where even if
you had 10,000mm HEAT or AP pen, it would still bounce. But the HE
wouldn't. This is broken. Oho shooting Maus or Jag pz into the face
for 150 dmg but killing 3 people and setting the tank on fire, is
broken Its easier for HE too do *some* damage, than it
is for APCR or HEAT premium penetrate and do their damage. While
yes, a T55A spamming 330 HEAT against tier 7s like 13 57 and Type
62 and M56 scorpion may seem out of place and a crutch, but it
isn't. The definition of a crutch is to lean, have bicycle wheels
for you. Making something easy. And the amount of time shooting at
tanks like 268 V 4, Maus, E100 on the flip side of MM balances it
out. I still see even second line tanks, like 277, STB1, 113, 140,
907, 121B bouncing plenty of premium rounds in adv and CW - not
even talking about the "balanced" bunch. You don't have a clue what
you are talking about. If you want to appeal, nerf
premium shells, go for it. At least have the decency to also add
*nerf armor*. Heavy tanks should be like Tiger II and TD like
AC48mle. Not like 279E, Badger, Etc. If you auto-aim
Tiger II, or VK7501, or AC48mle you will 95% of the time, bounce
with standard 225 pen AP in tier 8. However, if you take the time
to aim at their front profile, you can easily pen them with 190 pen
AP. You try penetrating Defender, or Chrysler, or 112 with 190 pen
AP? Why is this hard to grasp? why premium round usage problematic,
for a common guy like you?
