WGs chat/text network

Draschel: why is it so hard to fix this issue of general communication and /or interaction. I can remember, no issues from 2011 when i started to probably 2017...? I would think. Maybe 2018. But it hasn't worked properly sinceFriends list not appearing. In -game mic on and off  (lol people that don't use TS)  Friends list auto-accepting invites. Blacklists' still talk to you. PMs down, outright. Can't even click text bar of Contacts. Contacts list goes on infinite *gear* rotating symbol, Etc.And when WG fixes something, something else goes. They fix that, friends list back on the fritz. Why is this issue so hard? pardon me if its not a problem or a problem only I am subjected to, but I play alot of neverwinter. Path of exile. Diablo III. And in the past, Diablo II. Starcraft. And never chat issues as with world of tanks or warplanes. What kind of a modern day problem is this?
