Draschel: it is very bad. The dispersion, top speed, hit points are better than tech tree panzer IVBut it is extremely lacking in horsepower to reach top speed, and bad view range. Sad DPM If you are a collector, sure go for it. Why not. But bonds have far more useful uses.
