no clan invite option please

Recruiters generally have clan portal window open, they see me, no tags, and poof useless invite. The only thing that doesn't go through platoon invites.I still get messages from people even though i turned off private message chat, simply because they can side-click service record, then create private message which bypasses it.I still can read the black -listed chatter of people too, it just is all greyed text instead of gold/white.
