Why don't you see teamwork in WoT?

Draschel:  I have to say, it is a results based game. I can't have humanitarian and noble intentions interfere with getting as much result as possible.I don't want to make up for bad team mates, with a game in front of you you have enough to do on your plate already.Making team mates useful? Errr, having them serve as HP piñata for users to exploit, well I'm not sure they'd see the use in that as others using them for it. The end justifies the means. Do whatever possible to net the results you want. Everyone except you, is sacrificial to that goal.
