games 2 levels above you - not worth playing

Draschel: Why is +1/-1 so bad, while +2/-2 isn't? After all, with +1/-1 at least 15 out of the 15 tanks you face are +1/-1 of yours. Do those 15 out of 15 that are only 1 tier away, really make something so terrible, lopsided, uncool?  This seems to me, like some people are so fixated on the very few perks of +2/-2, versus the overwhelmingly fair benefit to the entire playing population 1 tier difference provides. As if the probably <10% player base who don't mind +2/-2  matter.
