Here. Let's drop arty for a minute. Do you think EBRs
are "broken?" Draschel: What you are looking for to say, by definition is not

other class in the game"" It is by definition
itself an outlier, broken. Broken, is a misnomer here. What
people mean is ''operating outside of'' or
''ignoring'' Of course EBRs are broken. Everyone knows that.
