What's wrong with arty?

Draschel: If anyone is spotted, they can be killed easily. Arty just tends to
be the easiest. Artillery needs position. But it needs the
least amount of positioning required. Most of the time sitting at
base is fine. Frequently, all the moving artillery seeks to
do, is either going into bushes beginning, or late game relocation
maybe. Arty does have a difficult time hitting targets. But
what accuracy doesn't tell us, is that how much shots artillery
takes that lead to some damage?Missing the enemy tank by 6m and
dealing 150 damage isn't a bad deal. Especially with the enemy tank
crouched behind tall solid cover.Yes, arty can go all game without
hitting someone. All game doing splash damage hits meters and
meters away from the target. Arty inaccuracy, long
aim-time, bad dispersion are weighted in. Arty have the safest
environment, most time available to aim Arty do not require
speed really for their positioning, but rather only situationally
for relocation late game Arty don't participate in team
maneuvers or spotting. Its a force multiplier not a physical
participant. Only spotting arty does is from heavy bush, which
it does fine Arty is the single most nerfed class rightfully,
because it is the single most broken, detached part of the game.
And WG understands it.
