O-Ho gun depression really -10 degrees?

Draschel: Make sure you use the long-barrel 105mm for better gun depression, gun handling. At 2,221 base DPM, 253mm penetration, worlds better velocity and accuracy--Oho can definitely surprise enemies who think it would instead use the HE gun.
