And know-how, deployment, surroundings, awareness.These should not be fighting too far away from their targets, to which 0.55  or  similar accuracy, or long 3+ aim-time matter. They should be in urban areas and city sprawl, and ambushing their targets with minimal movement before firing. This is done easier now than before, because map-locking easily removes malinovka and prokhorovka.
