40TP Habicha not reaching top speed -- undamaged

Draschel: Please, do not tell me you are regularly, this rigidly naïve.
Please. The tank has a top speed, meaning a maximum speed it
can attain and maintain on its own power. However, with a
horsepower per tonne limitation of 11.20 (medium tanks tend to
average 15-16HP/T) its drastically low for a 40,000kg medium tank,
it will never achieve this top speed unless being pushed on hard
paved surfaces, or going downhill on favorable slope. Seriously,
tanks usually this vehicles weight, have engines more like 600-800
horsepower, not 450. As for representation and comprehension, its
not for WG to list an ''''effective attainable level speed''''
statistic. That is for you to hypothesize, and learn to understand
with experience, evaluating many attributes such as HP/T, terrain
resistances, track traverse, weight. This isn't grade
3. Because the tank says 1,800 damage per minute, does
it always mean every minute in your battle, you will be obtaining
1,800 damage firing off ammo? That is not how numerical quantity
works in a physical, experienced scenario. There are plenty of
factors which influence a statistic. Please, there is no room here
for such naivety. 40 TP can have 105 gasoline, rations
consumable, clutch braking, off road, BIA, Bonds ventilation, Bonds
turbocharger, Grousers, ventilation direction - and it
will still be f--- snail slow. AC4, PZ IV schmulturm, Thunderbolt,
Chi-To, Firefly VC are all the exact same.
Slow.
