Draschel:  Credibility, well what is credibility? Even if (you, others) were posting from a certain account, who is to say that the person posting is the one playing? can't be certain. Generally, I see credibility (at least as far as forums) by what comes out of their mouth. If they seem like they know what they are talking about or not. Obviously, this can be fabricated too. But on the forums, people tends to have a whole lot of pride in themselves, and say the things they want to say and what they believe, and how things (this game) works (or don't work) out for them. I think that is the best way to tell. Needless to say, re-roll, alternate, challenge, bounty, accounts exist for many reasons. Some solely for trolling. Some for dodging forum feedback. Some for gathering WG free handouts. Some for game ideals & challenges. Maybe to re-coup a ban? For a fresh stat page. Who knows, there are a dozen. You or others, don't know the reason, so better not hazard a guess as to why. But I must say, if a player is posting complete nonsense, clearly stating that they know very little of the game and perform poorly, after thousands of battles still? Perhaps when you look at their service record and see as to why they perform poorly, there are clear signs. It all comes down to content, coming out of them. Look for the nonsense, experienced people tend to quickly spot what is and isn't nonsense. Then it is usually easy to *explain* that nonsense.
