Maybe 2 per side max.what we could use instead, is a nerf to skirmishes call-down air strike and barrage, which are far worse than artilleryThey do more damage, are more accurate, take even less skill to use, and ridiculously generate far too much Make them harder to purchase, more expensive to purchase, less received resource in using them, and increase the call-down period to 2 minutes in. Even pre - 1.13, M44 and SU8 the most dangerous tier 6 artillery would take 8-10 shots to kill OI, a high resource rating barrage can kill an OI or AT7 in 3 seconds, with munitions easily penetrating
