HE changes have RUINED Derp Guns

Draschel: HE is generally more predictable now. Not entirely, but much more soHE spam was common when in certain tanks, when against certain tanks, when in certain tier, when against a certain player. HE from KV2 or E100 dealing 350 to an enemy, that AP would have dealt 750 has you fortunate, sure.
