Draschel: A jag panzer can have its  HEAT increased x5 to 2100 penetration, yet it can still shoot a tank gun barrel, track, angle at over 85 and bounce for  0 An HE shell with even 1 penetration, can shoot a tank track at perfect side scrape and deal damage.  Not anymore, good riddance
