Refunding Premium tanks: HE Rework based on feedback

How is that time valued? Would the time value be pro-rataed for every refund requestor? If the "fun" isn't refundable, then wouldn't it follow that you didn't actually purchase a tank, you simply put up collateral to borrow it, in which case, what's the "interest" that WG can take out of the refunded amount?   And if WGNA shut down tomorrow, would you be entitled to the same refund for the tanks you've bought?   Remember that this is money you've spent on entertainment. This isn't an asset for you to get an ROI on.

Draschel:  won't matter anyway. WG cleverly approached this change. No premium tanks were nerfed, Actually, one got buffed for its troubles HE was changed. Not nerfed. No premium tank, had statistical nerfs applied. No ROF, shell damage, shell velocity, penetration, Etc received lowering changessimply put, no nerfs were ushered except Lynx-EBR105 line. And WG is free to do whatever they want that way. NOT EBR75, of course. But Lynx-EBR 105? sure
