Matchmaking poll

Draschel: I don't think there will be bad wait times with +1/-1 to begin with. Provide tanks with +1/-1. Tanks like KV5, IS6, 112, 111 E25, KV220 that already have +1/-1 that stand to lose their benefits, provide them new matchmaking rules such as their presence forces maximum only 3 tier  9 vehicles  (or tier 8 for E25)  So they would get maximum 3/12 MM in tier 9 battles, or all tier 8 tanks, or random amount tier 7-8
