HE changes have RUINED Derp Guns

Draschel:  Have you tried using more of AP? 110 penetration, 136 penetration may not provide the most opportunity - but with careful aiming 700 alpha damage is definitely tasty. In addition, splashing enemies high tier, so long as you avoid shooting tracks, gun barrel, gun mantlet will still typically deal 100-200. I think that is just fine for a low tier support tank helping out against high tier enemies.  Lastly, shooting lighter tanks like Type 64, super chaffee, T78 through obstacles, through their tracks for instant one-shots is definitely nice now as well. Before it would be impossible because HE exploded on walls, or a 300 damage track splash
