Why does't T28 Concept (HTC) receive preferential matchmaking?

Draschel: It should have it. Should is a big, key word. Not only *should* it have it, T28HTC needs extensive buffing AT15A received years ago, which is also a pref tank. Seeing how strongly Chimera and T55A has been buffed too, you would think that some can be spared for Stug IV and HTC.  Eh, no.  And in likeness, T95E2 reward buffs are planned to be a complete joke too.   It should have general up armoring, like TS5. Not necessarily everywhere, like TS5, but more of something in between like KV5 or Turtle. Glacis and LFP should be moved to 76mm a pretty standard American number, because although excellent angle they are just clicker food for arty, HE spam, and HEAT pen because very thin thickness. KV2 and OI, can still derp HTC in the glacis or LFP for 200+ damage even after HE enrf, because armor is so thin, ~51mm. Like TS5, a cupola weakness is still weak at 160mm, just not the low effort weakness like HTC 101mm side-boobs. Make the side boobs and roof cupolas 160mm, and roof vision blocks 120mm, sort of like TS5 weak spot armoring. Because they aren't well angled, 160mm still leaves them vulnerable, just no longer vulnerable to tier 5 AP ammo   Like AT15A, being a super heavy TD, the HP available should be increased to 950 - 1,000 Prem round would be alot nicer like T77 stock round, increase to 232 APCR. Increases its ability to defend itself against tier 8 without being ridiculously high penetration
