Who asked for High Explosive shell Rework?

Draschel: KV2 didn't need to aim, and splashes enemies for partial damage most the time. Arty is map dependent, team mate dependent, HE dependent.I see a huge list of similarity.  Many of these changed with the HE changes, thankfully so, because they are broken game mechanics People don't like HE, because of many reasons.  spam, unpredictability, unreliability, crutch, broken nature. That is why it gets changed alot. To say that HE was changed simply as a response to people saying something along the lines of they **didn't want their 279E or Chieftain or 705A HE spammed anymore**, or didn't want to see T49, KV2, OI  HE spamming themselves anymore is narcissistic and petty. HE spam doesn't defeat 279E and Chieftain. If it did, those tanks wouldn't be popular or successful, yet they massively are. Doing 250 damage to one with HE  out of  E100 and 60TP, then getting shot in return twice for 880 isn't viable at all, and never will be. Irritating, but not viable.  Thats why CW wasn't all FV183 and Jag panzer and 110E3  HE spamming chieftain, 279E, 260s. Because it is silly, even if annoying. Annoying don't win games or gets spectacular results, annoying wastes precious time yet accomplishes little. How do you not understand this? If i play my jag panzer, I cannot afford to be annoying and deal 400 damage, I need to be impactful and deal 1,100. Jag panzer doesn't get to fire often, whenever it does I need that 1,100 pronto, to get 3K DPG.  If the enemy is 100HP, or I need that one chance poorly aimed reset, then fine I can use HE. And that is how it is now, utility. see how it works?  By you saying that stuff about position, positioning......namely proves that you do not understand it fully. And yes it would be rude to call you out over it, so I will not. But do not be rude to say unknowledgeable things over something you do not understand. Come now, its the 21century people like to complain about things they do not understand. Happens all  the time.
