They know that. Except that the PLAYERS will never allow them

skill based queuing to advances and skirmishes. Making bots
tougher, to attempt thwarting low tier farms. Kicking 260, 279E,
907, Chieftain, VK7201 out of ranked battle. Rolling back EBRs not
once but twice. But there is only so far they can push
this way of thinking. Sooner or later, they are in a corner where
premium tanks just need to be addressed.
