Draschel: I apologize for the former, misnomer. I should have been more clear. I suspect splash becomes an arta only word soonAs in splash damage, a non penetrating spalling damaging hit. Basically when HE contact and apply non penetrating damage. But at any rate, tanks still can fire splashing damaging HE ammunition. Just not to effect other tanks. HE still burst into AOE when striking homes, barns, obstacles not penetrated, Etc
