Draschel: I don't think so. I agree, it is more useful than it was. But the acceptable dispersion changes don't solve the 3.2 / 0.46 issues. Like how IS6, 112, WZ111, T-34-3 have had their gun control buffed. It just doesn't seem as fast as it should be too, because of the worse terrain resistances, track pivot, reverse compared to IS3
