Is WG really listening to the community?

Draschel:  It depends on what you mean by people complaining about artillery. Few people, in terms of number. But in terms of these people, understanding the game very well?Generally, the more interactive, absorbed, proficient a person is at world of tanks, the more of an affront and disdainful attitude they have over artillery.Likewise the opposite, the more casual, laidback, inefficient a person is at world of tanks, the more they simply don't care at all about many things, much less arty.When looking at these two scopes of game play - it is important to note one side cares more for the game than the other. And arty is a definite problem.When looking at the class, artillery is the single most nerfed class. Again and again and again. WG just cannot get it right, because it can't ever be set right. It's broken, not under or overpowered. I do agree though, EBRs are a problem too. That much is certain.  Where, why, when, who had the the oversight to allow armored cars to come to fruition? Jeez.
