Draschel:  over the years, I have gotten really good at one thing.  And it is really passive aggressive and selfish, but it doesn't matter. The means, are justified, in the end. Goals must be met, at all costs, lest your performance suffers because of it. It is speed and camo. While you cannot -tell- someone what to do reliably,  lest immediately boiling down into a contest of who blows the loudest fart or bickering  -  what you can do is -USE- that person, passive aggressively. Frankly, the person won't care, because nothing was said. Likely, the goon is too slow and dim to figure out what's taking place anyway, and probably will benefit from any assistance gained and believe he/she truly did something. A an attached, blood lapping leech.  Speed and camo, to USE them, as bait. USE them, as a piñata. In a loss, this is crucial. In a loss, when your team does not contest map control,  you get 3K damage + 1 tracking for 500 assisted, and your numbers don't fold back down, a percent you worked so hard for.  Team mates must be used. Like labourers. But they don't need to be told about it.
