Draschel:  I agree 100%. But because of the former.....I expect the same courtesy. I don't want anyone telling me what to do, either. In my experience, telling someone what to do invokes 12 times out of 10, negative backlash, and an immediate in-game argument. The only positive thing I can really count on an ally, to one in ten be useful for, is saying a certain enemy left is 1-shot. That is fine. Simply don't talk. This can certainly mean alot of cases, wins are taken away from you, when a win was certainly possible because of lacked communication. But a means to an end, as I see it, communication is extremely difficult. No one's a psychic, and 24 of 25 times, the typical ally you need info or help from, DOESN'T THINK like you and is wooden plan useless. Literally. But it evens out, because all the arguments and banter you avoid without communication, means those probable losses are also avoided. Universe of balance.Chat, turned off. Don't need to read that s---  If I get  two map pings from the same person in a battle,  immediately onto the black list. I don't give 2 greasy f--- s--- what my allies have to say. I want damage, wins, kills - as much as possible. Survival until last. I mean, squeeze the lemon hard and dry. Winning is secondary.
