Maus becoming more OP with Bounty Hardening 1.13

Draschel: Maus can and will dominate maps like Ensk, Himmelsdorf. With a bit more thinking, it will also do it in Paris, Minsk, Pilsen, ruinberg. Especially in tier 8 battles with 3/5/7.But in order for anything to dominate, it needs a domineering pilot behind the wheel, to do the dominating. You aren't that pilot.In these maps, these situations, Maus will both shape the complexion and also cause immense damage. You just won't.
