Draschel: How does velocity influence RNG? It is just the
velocity increase with most gold ammunition, being APCR, that
benefits accuracy. With no velocity increase, like say most HEAT
shells or premium HESH, accuracy won't go up. Probably goes
down. Correct. Worse off players will penetrate more often
with higher pen premium, even if they lose out on some penetration
chances using premium ammo like HESH or HEAT, out of context. With
these added penetrations, and damage, they will win and survive
more battles. But by ''not as much as they think'' you have
said.....it is more like ''huge exaggeration on
improvement'' The biggest problem isn't the
economy of premium ammunition. The largest dim-witted problem, is
the inability to comprehend premium ammunition doesn't make players
great. This causes lots of angst, confusion, bickering, toxicity.
Yes, premium ammunition will make you *better* but better is
subjective, by how much? And this is the idiotic exaggeration out
there. Economy isn't a problem. Who cares about that. A KV-5
premium tank can just fire HE all battle do 750 damage per game and
still make considerable profit. Premium ammo causes problems to
people's ego, and they take exception to it. That is the
