Draschel: I wouldn't say M4 Rev is slow. It is just speed capped, like how the old old old old tier X FV4202 had a low speed cap. It continues today, tanks like ARL44, Chrysler - have good HP/T but a capped speed limit.  Fix the problem with supercharger. All of a sudden you get 45km/hr, 17+ HP/T. It is noticeable.
