Draschel: T57 is slow, not because 'it' itself, is slow. But rather
because 'it' has a low speed cap. Actually, the HP/T, track
traverse, rotation aren't bad for a heavy tank. All these reasons,
consider possibly supercharger to improve its mobility. Rotation
mechanism is also great, because it calms those terrible dispersion
numbers. T57 is a close combatant, you need to remember that.
The armor isn't reliable at all, for sure. But is definitely better
than AMX50B. Although the accuracy may state otherwise, in practice
T57 accuracy is insanely wild when used anywhere but close ranges.
If you aren't too caught up on the idea of supercharger for
increased mobility, consider choices like vertical stabilizer,
rotation mechanism, aiming device, ventilation. Don't waste your
time on gun laying drive, it is secondary to stabilizer, rotation,
aiming, Etc. Consider bounty equipment or bonds stuff, if you
have/afford it. They will certainly help. T57 lacks the
versatile application, continued presence, and dependability of
tanks like 279E, Chieftain, and 260. No amount crew skill,
equipment, directives will elevate it to those levels either. But
T57 in the right position, the right time, is still insanely
dangerous. That is what you want, to get it into those positions,
where it can be very dangerous, as often as
possible.
